DCAcar Rates & Policies
At DCAcar, we prioritize transparent pricing for all our services, including hourly charters, tours, and special events. Below is a breakdown of rates, policies, and additional fees.
1. Hourly Charter Rates
- Sedan: $99/hour (3-hour minimum)
- SUV: $109/hour (3-hour minimum)
- Sprinter Van: $149/hour (3-hour minimum)
- Mini-Bus: $199/hour (4-hour minimum)
- Mini-Coach Bus: $239/hour (4-hour minimum)
2. Day and Night Tours
- Minimum duration: 3 hours
- Sedan: $297 for 3 hours; each additional hour: $99
- SUV: $327 for 3 hours; each additional hour: $109
- Sprinter Van: $447 for 3 hours; each additional hour: $149
- Mini-Bus: $597 for 3 hours; each additional hour: $199
- Mini-Coach Bus: $717 for 3 hours; each additional hour: $239
3. Special Events and Concerts
- The same hourly rates and minimums apply as for hourly charters, with chauffeurs staying throughout the event.
Additional Fees & Policies
Late-Night Service Fee
- $50 for pickups between 11:00 PM and 3:00 AM, including delays that push the pickup into this timeframe.
Meet & Greet Service
- DC Metro Area: $40 (available at DCA, IAD and BWI)
Cancellation Policy
- Sedan, SUV: Cancel at least 4 hours before pickup for a full refund.
- Van: Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund.
- Bus: Cancel at least 5 days before pickup for a full refund.
No-Show Policy
You will be charged the full fare if you fail to notify DCAcar of a flight change or cancellation within the required time frame.
Flight Tracking
We actively track your flight for timely pickups, but it is the passenger's responsibility to inform us of any flight changes.
