You can cancel your reservation at any time, but to receive a full refund, we ask that you cancel within the following timeframes:
Sedans and SUVs: At least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup
Vans: At least 24 hours in advance
Mini-Buses and Coach Buses: At least 5 days before pickup

Curbside Pickup (Standard)
Your chauffeur will be waiting 1–2 minutes away from the terminal. After you land, they’ll text you their phone number. Once you have your luggage, just call your driver and tell them your door number. They’ll pull up to meet you curbside.
Meet and Greet
Your chauffeur will walk with you from the terminal to the parking lot—about a 12–15 minute walk. For convenience, we recommend curbside service. Either way, you’ll receive a text once you land.

Your driver will wait nearby, just 1–2 minutes from the terminal. After you land, you’ll get a text with their number. Once you’ve collected your luggage, call them and they’ll meet you at the arrivals level.

Domestic Flights: Your chauffeur will be waiting at baggage claim with a name sign.
International Flights: They’ll meet you at the International Arrivals area, also with a name sign.

DCAcar operates Cadillac XTS and Lincoln MKS luxury sedans with large trunks. If it fits in our trunk , we'll take it. Executive SUV's have larger trunks. If you are taking more than 3 pieces an SUV would be your best option.
Yes, we automatically monitor all incoming flights and adjust the pickup time if you’re delayed. However, we recommend also informing us if your flight or airline changes—especially with last-minute rebookings.
We strive to never be late for a pick up and therefore our chauffeurs arrive 15 minutes earlier from reserved time. We are not rushing you: please take your time; we want you to know that we are there if you need to leave a little early.
Yes! We offer clean, high-quality infant, toddler, and booster seats for $25 per seat. For safety and liability reasons, we only install car seats that we provide.
If you're bringing your own seat, you're welcome to use it—but you'll need to install it yourself.

Absolutely, we service all Private Airports (FBOs) near the cities we serve. Please note when booking online select a “One-Way Transfer” from the drop-down menu and input the name and the address of the Private Airport. Don’t forget to include the Tail number in the Special Notes section.
